We've got light snow (dusting and blowing) here in DFW, we will not be above freezing all day (it is actually colder here than in Sochi). Sticking mainly on the open fields, but also in the parking lot here at work (had to be careful not to slip and fall).
Driving in to work this morning, the snow on the road ahead looked like one of those sandscapes, where you turn it upside down and the sand goes in all different directions at once.

We over corrected for global warming. USA took the lead on this but we over corrected. The cold from the north is coming farther south now and we are setting new records. The people in the inner cities can help too. Drive the clunkers around. Go out and buy drugs or do some drivebys.

This is from my commute to the office this morning. I thought I knew what cold was when I lived in south Louisiana and remember freaking out when the temps dropped below 30 or so. I'd trade with y'all in a second.

It snowed for like 7 minutes here in LC. Very light though.

There was snow/sleet up on my roof this morning. Spring Branch area. I even saw a couple flurries.
