I would like to find out why the kids in East Baton Rouge Parish schools must go to school tomorrow and rightfully so but the employees of East Baton Rouge city government have another day off

The fact that I-110 is closed should be a red flag to many. Think about all schools here and forget "zoning"...lots of kids travel that route.
