The leak is that campus is closing at 3 pm. We'll see how accurate the sauces are.

Lsu really is truly clueless.
Ascension is following suit however. Kids will be put on buses at 1:30 and personnel held until 2:30.
They rather risk being held liable than have to make up one day of work. Amazes me.

They don't have to make up the day if they cancel.
A school year is based on contact minutes, not actual days. Every school district schedules more contact minutes than necessary for days like today
But to put it in terms of days, schools go roughly 15 more days than they need too.

In ascension parish they are currently behind on hours. The teachers days have already been extended by 15 mins each day. This was a result of hurricane/Dec snow.
