Chateau Recougne, 2010
It's a Bordeaux. About $17 per bottle.
Hard to find a better tasting red wine.
Edited to write ... Costco carries this wine, but from year 2014. $12 a bottle if you're a member at Costco.

I second yurintroubl and the Barbera recommendation. It's a great drinking wine. I don't know that specific vineyard but Barbera is a very nice drinking wine.

Duck Horn Merlot. It's about $48/bottle and the merlot choice of the White House. Parradeaux is very good too, it's the sister company of Duck Horn, a bit less expensive.

You and me both. My autocorrect does some weird shite.
I once tried to type "Is it wrong that I think the racoon is cuter?"
It came out "Is it wrong that I think the ravioli is fluffer? WTF

I'd go to your local wine store and let a sommelier help

As a general rule - try to go with odd years over even ones if you have the option on vintage.
Where did this "rule" come from?

Elio's has Paraduxx at $25 right now. It's not in those cool bottles though.

Colby Red, California
I'm NOT a wine connoisseur but this is a really good wine; also it's fairly inexpensive. I've only had it 2 restaurants (Flemings & Stonewood).
