Wine & Beverage Cooler Troubleshooting

I have an Avanti wine & beverage cooler (Model wbv21dz) thats acting up on me. One issue is that it will randomly start beeping. The other issue is that, although it cools, the temperature seems to fluctuate and not remain consistent.
Any ideas on what may be be causing these issues?
I found this online, but I'm not sure what part or parts I may need to replace.

I'm thinking it may be the control panel or the main PCB. Thoughts?

Figure out the part number you need from the manufacturer's website and then search Amazon.

Is it inside or outside? also, what are you keeping in it? Lots of wine or just beer and drinks?
