A guy I went to high school with had an older SUV. He had the rear wiper fluid dispenser flipped around and would spray the car behind him if it was someone he knew.

Buddy of mine did this when he was at Nicholls, rigged up a water tank with a gallon milk jug, put a washer pump on it with a hose and a nosel facing out if his grill.. with the switch on his dash.. would spray people between classes while walking the cross walks..

Haven't had anyone get mad at that that I know of. However I do know leaving your wipers on going through a drive-thru while it's raining will piss off some people at the window.

Some jackass was tailgating me on i10 going by the spillway, I got over when I had the chance, dude in the passenger seat is flipping me off but he has his window down, so he got it. My etiquette was proper.
