I think it would be cool but don't you think it would give you a headache to have to keep squinting your eye like that to hold it in?

What if the monocle had one over the ear holder. Like half-glasses. A glass?

Hell I'd get two just to be different.


Then I'd rig up a system to connect them together and keep them on my face at all times, probably by hooking on the ears.

I'd call them bimonocles.

Maybe, I mean Mustaches slide in and out of fashion, things are cyclical unless something happens to push them out of circulation forever-- see global disgust for Charlie Chaplin pushing his facial hair forever out of the rotation :
