I've quoted and linked him throughout this thing. He's quoted, via tape I believe, in this trial saying he didn't know anyone was going for a gun, which directly contradicts him quoting Will Smith to the media.

I have no clue. Supposedly it was audio on the video they played. They just said that oneal said that he didnt know nobody was going for a gun. I wonder if that was a response to hayes saying smith was going for a gun.

Hayes Audio: "A dude took his shirt off and all that. He (O'Neal) went to the truck to get his gun. I (Hayes) walked off."

Dreiling says he heard the argument from hundreds yards away. But O'Neal, 10 ft. away, didn't describe hearing Smith going for a gun, on vid.

On the flip side O'Neal was busy on the other side of the car tangling with Hernandez.

They don't necessarily have to be lying. They may just not have seen what they thought they did. You calling one of them a liar implies that you know who is telling the truth.

But I'm sure this is me just arguing a another petty point.
