whether will hit or didn't hit isn't as important as if they thought they hit the car or not.
i've been in a couple spots where i slammed brakes so hard and came so close that i honestly didn't know if i tapped someone or not. I would almost wait for them to keep going for assurance i didn't touch them. Obviously this Hummer wanted to get some burritos that night.

There was someone yesterday that said without a doubt smith hit the Hummer. I 100% disagree. There's is reasonable doubt that it did not
