I don't know that I have any thoughts on how this will end up but I do hope that Hayes gets a fair trial. Not sure that it will happen.

This is ridiculous

During the prosecution’s opening statement, it was noted that coach Sean Payton had given Smith an open invitation to join the team’s coaching staff, a true character seal of approval if there ever was one.

And Thomas, who was in town from his hometown Chicago, had driven ahead of the group before the crash, then circled back and watched "as the defendant executed his friend," Napoli revealed during his opening statement. It was the first time authorities confirmed that Thomas saw his former teammate gunned down.

Claims to be an attorney but has time to post an average of 13.3 Tiger Rant posts per day since May 2008.

Do you have any clients? You must be a very broke attorney.

SFP makes that look like child's play. and he's is also an attorney. Are we really going with post count booms to try to discredit someone?

It's pretty clear Fun Bunch has a better understanding of the law than most in this thread.

No. He is a friend of Will Smith. His testimony is no more of a smoking gun then the testimony O'Neal will give
