ude, months ago you said Hayes got out the vehicle like a bat out of hell running up to smiths car

What's funny is he made at least 20 posts about Cardell and/or his passenger running up like wild animals and ripping their shirt(s) off looking to fight.

You are trying to only apply what is the direct letter of the law. You are forgetting what a jury will think when all of the evidence is presented.

Based on what you have posted today we would have exclude all evidence of what happened prior to Cardell Hayes pulling the trigger.

Racquel Smith: It was what I saw in Cardell Hayes' eyes, Kevin O'Neal's eyes. I saw it in everyone's eyes.

At then end of the day, Hayes shot an unarmed man in the back 8 times.

Do I believe the jury will believe he was shot reaching for a gun, yes I do

Racquel Smith tells Fuller that Will Smith and her were close to each other as they were leaving Cardell Hayes' car before gunfire.

Based on this testimony I'm inclined to believe this trial might be over by Friday evening (monday at the latest) and that the Jury is not going to find him guilty in this matter. Its not clean and there are too many idiots at this party on both sides to make a clean determination.

Too early in the prosecutions case for me to say not guilty yet. I want to hear more of the story.

John Fuller asks Racquel Smith if Will Smith had fired his gun at the range that day, to best of her knowledge. She says, 'No.'

This question comes after John Fuller earlier asked a NOPD detective about results of gunshot residue test on Will Smith. Det. said ...... he didn't know.

its the reason two families may have lost their fathers.

I hope people learn from these 2 shootings. just let the cops handle the hit and run/ and or road rage. its not worth it

Way too early.

The fact that the first shot entered from the left is problematic for Hayes.

John Fuller, again: 'are you leaving out anything' to protect the memory of your kids' father? Racquel: No. Ask me anything.

Fuller: Did you see a gun, a person before you were shot?

R. Smith: Who shot me? No.

Fuller: is there anything you're exaggerating or leaving out to protect your husband?

R. Smith: No.

Is this 100% fact? Any chance that it was the last shot?

If he had gun residue on his hands it very well possibly could have been from hayes Gun because he fired 8 shots at him at point-blank range

I get them asking about him firing a gun, but wouldn't the crime scene been indicative of him firing a weapon before/during being shot?

Highly unlikely.
