Camille is what, 55? So if you and her grew up together you're somewhere closer to that age.

If you revisit her testimony, she was shot during the first two shots, then laid on the street playing dead, then heard the rest of the shots. According to her account of the events, she was shot first. I think Hayes completely lost his shite and shot her first. She probably called him a fat pussy or the like. Once he shot her, he panicked and had no choice but to kill Will or he was either going to have his arse handed to him or be killed.

Keeping it real went awry, IMO.

That would depend on whether or not the GSW hit the femoral artery.

yeah that will be a huge key to what they decide.

for me, the witnesses all stated how calm hayes was and that smiths gang was making the aggressive moves. Perhaps some of the jurors may be swayed by the "expert" who was paid by the DA $260 per hour. he clearly showed that hayes did hit the brake and that he slowed from like 24 to 18 miles per hour or something like that. those are the facts, anything else is his opinion, he cant know intent or what was going on in the hummer. He also stated that usually someone that is distracted stays on the gas, but again, that is an assumption and not a 100% certainty. Not to mention that the video clearly showed hayes hitting the brake.

Piss poor aim and gun control. If the shooters in New Orleans had better aim as a whole, it would surpass Chicago as the deadliest city in America. We hear of people being shot numerous times a day here. The majority of them live another day only to retaliate with another shooting.

yeah... a GSW to the leg is deadly more times than you'd believe due to that artery

The fight started when Hayes slammed into the back of Smiths Benz and Hayes got out and approached Smith with a gun in his hand

Hayes' unsupported version of events not supported by ANY witness on scene would cause me to dismiss his entire testimony.

Once again, that is the incorrect chain of events

Hayes hits benz

Smith and party aggressively approach Hayes

Those are the facts based on neutral witness testimony

Natural reaction of will to ask why he got intentionally rammed.

I had a dozen or so High Life's before noon while driving home from the camp. Nothing since.
