You repeat the same shite over and over. You think Hayes should walk free after everything presented. I could have been much more condescending had I chosen to.

Or you could have been a normal human being and held a conversation, and not been such a fricking douche.
Man, I wish I could have been so lucky to attend Jesuit so I could automatically know that I'm smarter than everyone.

I repeat myself because you keep asking. Should I just ignore your repeated questions?
I probably should.

btw, his door was open, and his back was to his opened door when he was first shot. He was in the entry way. Rodrgiue just stated this during her closing.
I've been saying this since April 10th.

You're welcome.
And I actually have quite a few friends and acquaintances that went to Jesuit, and most of them aren't like him.

You will have to agree that usually the group does turn on you. Maybe, just maybe you share some culpability in that.
Just a thought.

Will never admit it, even though he knows the correct answer.

Should have thought about that before you went to Jesuit

Has the accused answer why he chose to shoot Mrs. Smith that fateful evening? Did she pose an imminent threat to his health walking away from him to get into her vehicle?
I'm looking for a straight answer here, Saint. You've been in this case since jump street. I'm looking for an answer as to why Hayes shot Racquel and you want him acquitted.
Lester is welcome to help if needed.

Come on, I started off replying to you saying I didn't want to get in the same bullshite back and forths that you often find yourself in.
Maybe you should seriously look for the common denominator, but I know you won't, I'm sure it's every other poster just wanting to argue with huh every single time and it has nothing to do with your character and the way you come across and present things. Nope never.

In his testimony, he claimed WS had a gun and accidentally shot her. That's when he lost me. He had a good chance after the prosecution's witnesses, and he and Fuller fricked themselves. Not saying he would have walked, but I feel he ruined any chance he had.
