And it's useless to argue over a stray bullet that hit Raquel Smith. Was only used to draw up sympathy.

Love how you just assumed non factually of it as being a stray bullet. Very narrative of you.

If he wanted to kill her or anyone else for that matter, he could have.
The mere fact that he didn't kill Smith right away all but proves his claim of self defense

or moves it from potential self defense to 2nd degree murder
fine line here

Is that asshat Fuller still talking?
Posted on 12/11/16 at 3:16 pm to Chad504boy
Why do you think he shot Smith?

nope... he's done
prosecution about to do their rebuttal close... then the jury gets the case
Posted on 12/11/16 at 3:20 pm to Lester Earl
Well it was his story all along Will threatened to get a gun and it's been pretty much my premise that IF that was the case, I think Will had reason to think he needed to retrieve one. But facts have been made that Will wasn't reaching into vehicle when shot first and there's not enough GsR on his hand for him to have fired a shot first.

Don't know if he'll beat the murder charge, but I assume he'll do some serious time for shooting the wife.

Would that be a separate case?
Posted on 12/11/16 at 3:22 pm to Chad504boy
So you are saying he should have waited to see him with a gun before shooting him, eh?

No. Read the indictment.

Chad, you cant be the aggressor then decide oh I need a gun.
Posted on 12/11/16 at 3:29 pm to Lester Earl
I think because he felt disrespected in front of his homies. And he wasn't used to anyone not backing down from him in a confrontation.

Being that expert testimony seems Hayes to have intentionally rammed the Benz, we can disagree as to initial aggressor.

Saints game started before rebuttal cross
Posted on 12/11/16 at 3:31 pm to rt3
Jury has been called down. I expect Rodrigue 45min - an hour.
Posted on 12/11/16 at 3:32 pm to Chad504boy
We can agree to disagree but not one witness at the scene described hayes as an aggressor. That doesnt sound like someone that intentionally rammed a vehicle to me... Or anyone with sense.
