Hayes was never painted as the aggressor. He had nothing to be embarrassed about. Will Smith's party was the aggressor. Even then he didn't fire his weapon until Smith went to get his gun

Slamming into the back of Smiths Benz hard enough to blow out the back window is pretty aggressive. On top of that after Hayes did that he approached Smiths vehicle with a gun in his hand and then shot an unarmed female then shot an unarmed man in the back 8 times

What facts? Even the expert said that hayes hit the brake and slowed down. He obviously cant know intent or what was going on in hayes vehicle.

His testimony was since Hayes didn't "panic brake", it must have been intentional. Which is a huge leap to me and a lot of people
