What I feel like I know beyond a reasonable doubt based on my following of the case

Smith Party was the aggressors based on multiple witness testimony

Hernandez was the ultimate lynchpin

Hayes shot Smith

Besides that, I think everything else is extremely grey and nobody can really paint the picture. I want the state to prove to me Hayes had no reasonable fear

I think Hayes has to testify at this point. I think it'll end up cinching his conviction, but he probably has no other option. Has to hope he can convince the jury that he thought Smith was getting a gun to shoot him when he pulled the trigger.

They wouldn't have been so aggressive if Hayes wouldn't have slammed into the back of smiths SUV

I'm sorry, I feel like a person is a biased liar if they say the state gave them no reasonable doubt that hayes absolutely did not reasonably fear for his life

I feel like the state barely even touched on Hayes to be honest

ADA Napoli now having Olasky repeat that he doesn't carry a gun because guns make people unsafe and fear for their life.

feel = opinion

beyond a reasonable doubt = fact.

Can't have it both ways.

What I know for a fact is that none of this would have happened if Hernandez wouldn't have got out the car.

I do agree with your assessment in many ways though, but I feel that Hayes didn't need to kill Will.

(opinion)

This is the kind of event that can sway a juror who is confused and unsure about his or her verdict.

Hayes slammed into the back Smith's S UV then got out of his vehicle with a gun. He was looking for a confrontation

Based on what I have read about this PI's testimony, I wouldn't hire him to follow a 3year old to find out if that 3 year old was chewing gum after I told him not to do it.

Not what has been said in the testimony.

No one hays said Hayes got out of his vehicle with a gun. No one has said that they seen Hayes with a gun.
