no arguement there.

kind of just your opinion. Hayes was in close proximity to will when he shot him, and to argue he wasn't "standing over him" when will was slumped in seat dead is probably hard to argue he wasn't. I'm sure he definitely had a few choice words.

Well we know the last part is false so that doesn't have much credibility.

ETA: the "standing over his body" BS

How do you know it's not true? It's already been mentioned in court earlier this Morning they can prove its true.

its also has been mentioned it can be proved Hayes hit the brakes thus he didn't "ram" smith. doesn't stop chad from saying that

That whole statement just doesn't add up to what's been reported. If they were both shot in the car then how did Racquel "collapse" if she was in the seat?

you aren't interpreting things correctly. Racquel was likely inbetween will and hayes outside of vehicle.

I think one bullet when through both her legs and got lodged in the passenger door. she then fell out of truck and crawled away.

i don't think Racquel was in passenger side when shot, she was outside by will, she walked will back to vehicle. Not sure why you keep thinking she was in passenger, that bullet lodged had nothing to do with Racquel sitting there.

i disagree it wasn't severe.

we shall see though. the defense has logs taken from Hummer's computer that prove he was going 23 mph. 2 mph under the speed limit and braked before hitting him from behind. smith brake checked him.

Jay serious question. Have you followed this story at all? Have you been following Twitter from inside the courtroom all day today?

The detectives testimony this morning says otherwise. Did the detective lie on the stand?

so you think hayes kneecapped her twice?

i doubt that. i also haven't seen a witness statement that says she was shot inside or outside truck. not even in her own statement.

Yeah I followed it closely when it first happened. Reading this thread for updates from today. Guess I'm confused about some parts. I thought it was originally reported that Racquel was siting in the passengers seat when she was shot, but the statement from her lawyer contradicts that.

did he lie? doubtful. could he be wrong? yes.

i am waiting to see the defense present this hummer's log. didn't think that was possible.

Umm, the detective never said anything to the contrary of what he said

All the detective said was that it was a "significant collision" based on the damage. Open for interpretation. The logs from the Hummer will be telling if they can use them.

Shot her down to shoot Will. Why doesn't that make sense? What other motive was there to shoot her?
