also, I remember this picture, you can see smiths glasses far underneath his suv near the front of the hummer. that does correlate with statements that said there was a struggle or altercation and that he was likely on the back end of his vehicle before he went back to his drivers seat and got shot.

i think Racquel's testimony will try to show that there was a descalation point from the initial confrontation, she was getting will back to his vehicle.
