ow Hayes. I do remember tigress calling the judge by her first name and saying that they are friends since 1st grade.
They used to go on double dates and hang out A LOT together.

We would just end up at the same place for about 2 1/2 years. I would say that constitutes A LOT.
What does this have to do with me calling her Camille? Just because I know her doesn't mean a thing regarding this trial.
Just want her to do not take any crap from grand-standers like Fuller, do well and get a good outcome.

What do you consider a good outcome?

I've met him. I wouldn't go as far as to say I know him.
He is really good friends with a co-worker that I work with every day and that I have a ton of respect for. Hayes was the best man in his wedding.

f Mr. Hayes was inclined to cap RS knees (plural) he was good enough to do the same with WS.
Apparently RS was right next to W. Smith the entire time. A human shield. If C.Hayes felt it necessary to fire upon W. Smith then what makes you think RS wasnt accidentally shot? Just about no one shoots well under pressure. You can search videos right now of LEOs getting in gun battles with suspects at damn near point blank range and not hitting a damn thing but air.

cause his choice of a weapon certainly wasn't for an amateur.
Choice of weapon has zero to do with proficiency. One of the number one factors for a particular firearm purchase is because it looks "cool". Look at all the firearms out there marketed to machismos in "tacticool" or women in pink frames or pearl grips.

I think ballistics will show wound placement on WS as tight and concentric except for the side shot where he was facing his wife.
That may turn out to be the case but you are really stretching it with this notion. Plus, what would be the motive for C. Hayes to fire on RS? All she was trying to do according to testimony was calm W. Smith down.

That's definitely Super Saint's friend that he said was testifying.
Posted on 12/8/16 at 7:22 pm to tgrbaitn08
No it isn't him.
I'm pretty sure I know that girl right there that got flew in from Atlanta and put up in a hot by the defense but hadn't been called yet.

All I know about mrs hernandez is she was described as "dressed like a hoochie"
I think that statement is actually in the evidence

18 witnesses and not one can confirm that Will Smith had a gun prior to being shot.
That is not good news for the defense.

Has anyone testified that they saw Hayes with the gun out though?

How many weren't even there for the shooting?

Why does that matter? Hayes has already admitted that he shot Smith
Posted on 12/8/16 at 7:39 pm to nola000
As soon as evidence or testimony ascertains Mr. Hayes actually shot ANYBODY, that would be my first question. I can't figure out why the prosecution hasn't taken a path to point out WS reached into the car to get cell phone to call 911 for his wife, even it's a stretch. But, it's a good question..who shot RS and why?

Because right now smith hernandez and Whipple? Are the aggressors. That came fronm all 3 sides
