Based on what I ma reading the video is being shown to the jury and the gallery can't see it. Sounds like they show a few surveillance cameras from Magazine then the one from Juans Flying Burrito. Now it sounds like the surveillance from Half Moon but appears that the incident is not in the video but some some of the witnesses can be seen walking to the scene.

I am confused, is it not the state's job to prove that he killed the victim and provide circumstances for how it happened?

I thought the defense is the one that is going to have to prove the self-defense part. That is what makes the most sense.

Very simplified version, yes, but to the point, if you want to claim self-defense, the burden is on you to prove it.
You are 100% right

Except for the fact that you are 100% wrong

No shite.

We have multiple people run towards gun fire and one crazed maniac who was involved leave his wife and hall arse into a cab.

Here is my issue with Hernandez running:

Running away and leaving your wife makes you a pussy

Getting in a cab afterwards and completely leaving her at the scene means you had some shite to hide

I still can't wrap my head around this. No fricking way I would leave my wife. I don't care if Hayes had a bazooka.

I am certainly not in the courtroom but believe the jury would find Hernandez guilty of being an idiot.

Well we've had multiple witnesses testify that he was pretty much a joke of a person.

That's not the point. No matter the situation I'm in. Good or bad. If someone is firing a gun on us I would never leave my wife.

No 911 calls from O'Neal or Hayes after check of dispatch, operators. Fuller, early on, said there were. That's the risk of talking early.

This goes to state seeking to debunk claims from Fuller that Ceravolo plucked gun from Smith's vehicle after shooting.

O'Neal's gun registered to him. Smith's registered to Smith. Hayes' gun not registered to him. O'Neal had bought it for Hayes: Brueggeman..
