Will poisoned ants kill a spider?

I put some ant baits out to destroy some ants and noticed a spider lurking about. I'm assuming he's wanting to eat some ants and don't want him to die. Will the poisoned ants kill him if he eats them?

I am not sure a spider would eat ants...they usually suck the juice out of their victims and ants don't have a hell of a lot of juice.

I doubt it'll eat an ant; but if it does, yeah it'll probably kill him.

Actually, it probably depends on the bait you used. If it's something like that Terro ant bait, I think it just interferes with the ants digestive system. Sorry, but I don't know enough about spider digestive systems to know if that's going to be a problem.
