Worst case scenario, pay for the wifi and get CBS All Access for like $6.

Nope, they have ESPN but you will be watching Cricket, soccer or the world's strongest man competition. They usually show replays of football the next day.

Unless something has changed in the last couple of weeks, you will have to stream the game to watch it.
