Wife just told me the lesbian wedding we were attending is now a transexual wedding-AMA

Course, I said zero percent chance I’m attending. 18 month old is supposed to be a ring bearer. I also axed that. Wedding is in 2022, and they are close family friends who she (wife) grew up with and vacationed with. Very well to do family. Parents of the bride/groom/whatever are my child’s godparents.
Wedding is taking place in lower Alabama.
I consider myself a humanist, but this whole issue is such a mindfrick, I can’t wrap my head around it. Wife outwardly disagrees with me, but I think internally agrees. Told her I’d take all the blame, and have anyone who questions me removing my son and I from the ceremony to holler.

Edit: Am I the only one who just doesn’t like attending weddings, period? Both sets of my grandparents got hitched at the county courthouse in Mississippi. Over and done with in 10 minutes.

Apparently, she is starting with the “top” surgery. I asked wtf that was. Apparently, removing breasts. Maybe lower surgery coming later.

From what I understand, most of both parties only get top surgery done. So the ladies don't get dicks and the dudes keep theirs, they just kind of surprise you with what they have got.

I actually think I would prefer this wedding to a regular wedding. But I prefer parking lot carnivals over theme parks so what the hell do I know.

Interesting insight into your mindset.
I am blessed with a wonderful intellect (he admitted modestly) but I have never cared to ask for or been the least bit curious about any gory transexual details.
