It's 10pm for most of us.

We have work in the morning. Go to bed. Play some mario kart. Mix a drink and watch some pat mcafee reruns.

We argue about covid all fricking day.

I disagree that not everyone who needs a vaccination can get it. Same day appointments and multiple empty vaccination pods say otherwise.

Availability is there and is not the only consideration. One of my neighbors is an 8 year old with an autoimmune disease. She is at risk for covid and yet the vaccine is not recommended for her at this point. There are no trials published yet with pregnant women. Availability of shots does not mean everyone in a population that is at risk of infection has been green lighted for a shot. That is why healthy adults should get vaccinated now.

I didn't read the whole thing, what do you want me to spin? I've been 100% consistent that any and everyone who destroys property, loots, burns, etc. should be arrested and prosecuted.

We are all at risk of infection. I think you mean at risk of complications.

Yes, a young child with an autoimmune disease is a concern because there is not yet a vaccination authorized for her. The callous side of me would question the size of that population and how do you weigh their ability to mitigate vs expecting the larger population to accommodate them. However, with covid expected to remain present for decades how exactly does others getting vaccinated help her?

Show me where similar viruses have mutated into more deadly variants. Little to nothing is guaranteed but we can educate ourselves and understand risk before we become intolerant of other’s point of view.
