nuke the parents too. I don't care what anyone says, my parents made sure I knew not to do this sort of shite to a person or animal. These little turds need to be taken out but the parents don't get a pass either.

That better not be all they're charged with. If so, that's a crime in itself.
I really don't know how situations like this involving such young kids should be handled, but I know that it shouldn't be treated as if they set fire to a car or something.

Kids can be cruel, but there is a certain point where a child's actions is obviously a direct impact of the environment they grow up in.
This might sound "harsh", but I really do think there are certain types of people that need to be eliminated from society..
Pediphiles: Someone has to have some type of mental illness to be a pediphile so you can say its not their fault, but as long as they are alive they will always be a threat and they do not need to reproduce because it will likely create another pediphile somewhere down the line.
Rapist: I am talking about people who have raped multiple people. Someone like Darren Sharper. Someone like him doesn't need to rape women to get laid, but its part of his DNA.. Do away with them.
People who do horrific things at an early age: There are certain extreme things someone, even at the age of 9, 10, 11...can do, that they will never be able to truly be rehabilitated from. A kid who has the mental ability to shoot up a school or even set some helpless kid on fire.. Something isn't clicking like it should..

Saw the story last night. That neighborhood looks like the kind of place that would happen. Every shack/house looks like it has had crime tape around it at one point.
There are some things so heinous that there is no turning back. I knew a kid in school who (not a person but?) took free kittens that somebody was giving away in a neighborhood and took them home to run over with a lawnmower!! I was only 10-11 or so, but knew enough to NEVER be alone with that bastard. He was, of course, always a frick up who never amounted to anything.
This is 10 notches above. these kids need to be in state hospitals until........? Old age? Death? They are NEVER going to be right. 10-12 years from now wherever these boys end up, some hookers or bums are gonna wind up missing.

his parents found out. Not sure what they ever did. This was early to mid 1980's. They moved off and you only heard about him when he would get arrested.
