I get not enjoying to workout or exercise. What I don’t get is how these fats can look themselves in the mirror and just keep eating junk and sitting on the couch. It’s disgusting to me.

People could exercise watching Netflix.

Enough people have "made the change" successfully to prove it is quite doable for most. If "no time," get basic equipment in your place...so many places/settings, ways and philosophies to be successful. Walking the pups, moving/exercising while watching the tube, using stairs, hitting a bag, riding a bike, etc., etc. Consider dumbbells at home. Get a travel exercise kit. 3-4 sessions of 30-60 min a week + other activity is sustainable. They're are good 10-15 min daily programs. Get stronger...not just for weight loss, but improved health...better outcomes when hit with illness, etc.

When I am walking to the gym, I often pass roofing crews or guys doing construction work, and I’m sure they want to strangle me because I pay to exercise indoors while they exercise outdoors for shitty pay and want to kill themselves.

Taylor Hawkins got a lot of exercise playing those drums. How’d that work out for him?
Posted on 3/26/22 at 12:27 am to TTB
Taylor had damage from years of drug use. He OD'd on heroine as least once.
Now he can "Have a Cigar!"

Tell me you’re under 35 and single without telling me you’re under 35 and single.
I’m 48 probably 30-40 lbs overweight. When I was 21 in the services lifting weights with a body builder I would eat sun up to sun down and take a 2000 calorie shake and not gain a pound. I’m guessing 4500-5000 calories a day. Zero weight gain. So congrats fricktard you’re young. That doesn’t make you better than anyone we’ve all been young. But you having to bash people for something given to you is weak and makes you look like a bitch. I’d put you on my knee and whip your arse with a wet burlap sack diet shemale.

“Drudgery of lifting” are you from msnbc?
On a serious note, I enjoy that most people can’t handle it and don’t put in the hard work. I enjoy being not average and that gives me less competition

Being 30-40lbs overweight, could you catch him?

You just made my blood pressure go up.
Women will spend 1.5 hours in the bathtub then say they don't have any time to go to the gym.

People tend to only do what is necessary. I'd venture to guess that for most people it's that they just don't want to expend any more effort than is required.
Some folks can't be bothered to brush their teeth, and you expect them to work out?
If you expect people to do anything more than taking the path of least resistance - you're in for a life of disappointment.

It can be, but you have to get away from the monotony of treadmills and the drudgery lifting. That's not to say some people don't enjoy those activities but for most people they are boring.
I have found with treadmills the best thing to do is immerse yourself in a podcast so that you're not even thinking much about the run.

This. I’ve started watching Netflix, HBO Series or movie segments that are 45+ minutes long. Time goes by fast and I’m surprised that I can actually focus and watch a movie while running on a treadmill.

Exercise is easy once you get into a routine. Americans are just disgusting fat slobs with excuses. See this thread. And people like to eat McDonald's. Again...slobs

I worked out at a mostly minority gym and I never left the gym not laughing. It was a good time. But it was when NOLA wasn't pushing Chicago and New York to become Gotham City.
