re: Why is urinating in pubic a crime?

I've gotten a ticket for it.

I piss behind my truck door all the time in parking lots. If a lady or family walk by I just poke my head in the truck and act like I'm looking for something.

I'd like to see the actual wording of the law. If you piss your pants on the street could they give you a public urination ticket?

I will walk past my bathroom just to piss in my yard; because it's my yard and I can try to beat my last distance any time I want.

I think it should be okay in certain places where you are absolutely covered. Not outside a public restaurant.

Yep, so it doesn't smell like piss everywhere in the summer. Can you imagine how Tiger Stadium would smell by the end of a game with urine cascading down the inside of the stadium? Sitting on the bottom row would be a wholly different experience.

On a similar note, I am convinced that the reason that smoking has been banned in so many places has nothing to do with public health, it was because smokers had become so inconsiderate that everyone else couldn't enjoy a dinner out, movie or anything else without having to smell the stench of others. Cancer and second-hand smoke was just a convenient excuse.

Is pissing your pants in public considered urination in public? If they are gonna make urinating in public against the law they need to put up public restrooms like they do in the E.U.

In Paris a few years ago came across a guy peeing on the side of a building just a few feet off the Champs Elysees.

Because of the goddamned Protestants and Feminists.
