It’s partly true. The good ones will work at the bars and local places where they can earn tips. that leaves the rest of these places with fry cooks that would stab you over a few hundred dollars.
And of course the customer. A lot of people don’t want those quick service jobs because the customers are fricking terrible or will kill you over too much mayo.

and how are you going to prove that when they just say they had anonymous report about you
there are endless ways to do whatever they want, and you cannot prove it was racial, even though they dont treat other business owned by non whites the same way
i never said it was right or fair, it is what it is, and thats why the city is in full decline and no sane person thinks opening a business there is worth it
