An honest answer! There's no reason why I-10 and I-12 overpasses in Baton Rouge, each spanning what a couple hundred feet, can't be salted to keep the interstates open.

There are a bunch of non elevated roads like LA hwy 10 that are frozen over. It's because we don't have salt/sand trucks.

Because we normally wear shorts & flip flops year around. Our wimmens sometimes wear tops with that.

We aren't accustomed to this global warming!
