When the bag phones came out our kids were playing T-Ball. There was a hotshot lawyer parent on the team. He brought his phone to the bleachers one night and made a big deal about an important call coming in that he couldn't miss.
I sat for a minute and then asked him if he would do us a favor. He said sure and I asked if he could order all of us a pizza on his bag phone.
He was the only one who didn't think that was funny.

I tried to explain to a 20 something year old friend of my son how to make a antenna to receive HDTV off the air, he didn't think it was possible and even if was, it would be illegal to do it.
