You can get in and out faster than any similar fast food joint, even with the long lines.
A place like Cane's is similar, but their prices are way out of whack.
ETA - I agree that CFA is not the best food, but it's plenty good enough that their service keeps it on top.

They don't try to out think themselves. They make chicken sandwiches with just a few different items like cheese and bacon on buns and sometimes a wrap and nuggets.....that's it. They make it consistent and get it to you in a timely manner and they get he order right

Because when I order this:
It actually looks like that. The food tastes great, is always hot and fresh, never stale bread or anything. It is not expensive.
Beyond that, I don't get treated like i'm insulting someone's mother when I make my order and drag them away from whatever conversation they are having with their co-worker.

Quite simple... of all the chains serving chicken strips, it’s by far superior IMO.

I'm trying to imagine how bad it would have to get for me to stop going back. Even if I watched them spit on my chicken strips, I'd probably chalk it up to a bad location and go to another one.

I absolutely will continue to go but I only go when I know I have time. If I am in a rush but need to eat ASAP, it's the LAST place I would go. Popeyes spicy chicken fingers >> Canes, Zaxbys, CFA

Yeah I can go during lunch and they'll ask me to pull ahead because they're waiting on ______. It never fails.
I just sip on my sweet tea and enjoy the throwback to a time when no one was ever in a hurry.
