So find a woman that is already financially stable without a man.
Lets be honest, it still wont matter.

WRONG
It's called a prenup.

My point is still that basing who you marry on the "class" of their job or the money they make is asinine. I mean hell, a mechanic is a professional. A plumber is a professional. What makes the marriage of a plumber to a doctor anymore likely to succeed than the hair stylist and the engineer under T50's "class" guidelines?
That's just a complete bastardization of the institution of marriage.
It's something you have to consider it today's world. Not saying that's the primary reason to marry someone but to not consider it at all with the way divorce laws eviscerate men is equally asinine IMO.

Agree and disagree. If 2 high powered folks are married, both their careers are going to be priority #1 and neither is going to work all that hard on the relationship - in my experience, anyway.
Yes, my wife had to sacrifice quite a lot in my pursuit of my career. She has always been a housewife. Not that there is ANY shame in that, in fact she is and was quite wonderful she stepped in as a step mom to my son I already had and ended up loving her role. Now I'm 47 and fully retired and at age 33 she has no desire nor need to get a job. We travel and raise our family . So the sacrifice worked out well.

So you're 47, fully retired comfortably, and have a 33 year old wife?
Pics?

After seeing what happened to every friend I have after they got married I'll think I'll pass on it.

No pics I'm afraid. But yes, fully retired from the military, coupled with a few small but timely investments. I'm comfortable yes, not wealthy by any means. The younger wife was a happy coincidence, I wasn't looking for any wife when I found her, let alone a younger one but as the saying goes, when you know, you know.
