Emotions started trumping facts sometime after 9-11. And a large chunk of the population is straight up ignorant.

They aren't dumb. They're ignorant. Our educational system failed them.

Not at all.

It’s a constitutional issue.

Is there anywhere in constitution or bill of rights that protect abortion?

No, it's not. Read the Alito decision. He lays it out rather succinctly.

shite legal decisions that are politically expedient are still shite legal decisions.

See: Plessy v. Ferguson

It is 100% about abortion. This conversation has been going on since the 80s. If you actually think it was not about abortion you were born yesterday.

Chalk up another person who hasn't read the decision.

Having the media tipped off weeks earlier allowed them to write the progressive narrative to create as much hate and division they can to try to ride it into November.

I did. I vividly recall the whole thing being about abortion rights and whether they're Constitutionally recognized or not.

A constitutional issue about what subject matter?

Then you missed all the parts that described why the Roe decision was flawed and should have been overturned, for many of the same reasons Plessy was flawed and should have been overturned.

Both were not legal decisions, they were political decisions. And any political decision by the court should be struck down....with extreme prejudice.

It’s about the SCOTUS not being able to create laws and rights out of thin air. Roe did that and trumped the will of the people in the individual states.

Did you ever learn about the three branches of government?

A matter that is not into their jurisdiction, as they only deal with issues that are in the Constitution. For example the Second Amendment Right to bear arms and form a militia.

I think we read the same exact thing and I’m still 100 percent sure the reversal was about abortion rights.
