Wife is from here, he likes our culture, Mardi Gras, ex LSU players,etc..
Have relatives that have golfed with him at UClub where he lives, says really nice and cool guy.
Too many folks always make the BR/La vs NYC,SD, LA, SF, Sea, Chi, Mia, etc..remarks. Which really is more a factor for common folk, with normal budgets. But, for the very wealthy, is doesn't matter as much, you can travel extensively to escape the doldrums, you can build mansions on acreage, you can have the UPS guy drop off huge Maine lobsters to your door daily,etc..
Not every Millionaire or Billionaire feels the need to live in Carmel, Palm Desert, Hamptons, Martha's Vineyard, Boca Raton, Sun Valley, Jackson Hole, Vail, Aspen,etc..even if they may own a home there or not.

just stirring the pot, I live in TX, also lived in FL, that "no state income tax" is just a hook, they have plenty of other ways to get you, and they do, oh and, Texas sucks IMO

i'm not talking about for orton, i'm saying, in general, what's so great about BR? what would attract anyone not from here, to live here.... not specifically him, but just anyone....
because ppl from BR think this place is the center of the universe, and it's so not....

Why not? Keep the wife happy, money will go farther in BR than a lot of places, probably not a whole lot of people would even notice who he was...he can probably live like a regular arse rich dude without anyone bothering him.
