2. Paste it into the google search box
3. Add the word "reviews"
4. Click the magnifying glass, and properly research your potential purchase.

It's Amazon. Even when Amazon is wrong, they make it right. For a very large company, they have excellent customer service, unlike DirecTV, Bank of America, Sprint, AT&T or Verizon where accountability is lacking and customer service is non-existent.
