Cruises are floating shrines to the Dark One.
You can go whale watching without ever seeing the ocean.

It seems that the 4/5 night carnival cruises leaving from NOLA/Galveston/Mobile are kind of trashy. The ports and the areas 95% of the people on these kind of cruises visit are hot garbage.
I would think leaving out of Miami on a nice ship and going to the eastern carribean on a 7 night cruise wouldn't be that bad.

Why not spend the money at an all-inclusive resort? Just asking.

trashy too, just on land

This is like asking if Beau Rivage or Sandals is trashy. Though I guess it's all relative depending on how stuck up the person you're asking is.

Because everyone on here says they are trashy and I didn't think it was trashy at all. You can drink all day and no one cares. Pretty good fun to me.
Drinking all day is trashy. I like cruises, but the ones who want to spend their whole day drunk are trashy.

I can live with that.
Eta: what's trashier, weed or cruises? Because I've only participated in one of the two.

You would be wrong. There is plenty of trash on the cruises of the eastern caribbean.

Which 99% of the people there don't unless it's on a bus with a dozen other rednecks

I'm sure there is, especially with the carnival crowd. Much less than the ones leaving out of the ports I mentioned though.
And I'm sure Alaska is a lot less.

I was in Phillipsburg volunteering at HIV screening event in Phillipsburg St. Maarten last saturday and the only ship in was a Carnival and there were some funny looking ppl. I counted 7 Bama fans.
