With a handle like yours, do you probably have little to zero net worth or even know what the term means.

Status symbol. They thinks it makes them look alpha . Plus who are you going to be more scared of? A thug with a miniature poodle holding you up? Or one with a pitbull?

I have a 12 year old mix. He's a pain in the arse sometimes, but he's been a great dog.

You didn't pick up very well on the judgmental and stereotyping comment I see

Of course I know what the term means. I live in one of the most wealthy areas in this country little baw

Low IQ people wear "bling." A pit bull is canine bling.

Now if you want to look alpha and classy at the same time, go with a Doberman pinscher for the win

Show me a pit bull owner who says he don't own white sunglasses and I will show you a liar.

I just can't believe more people don't fix their dogs. Especially people in the country, where dogs roam. But people's obsession with pure breed dogs is usually ridiculous. People will often say it's about knowing what personality traits to expect. And sometimes it's true for a specific job, like herding or hunting. But it's usually just an about vanity, including pitbulls.

I thought mine was a mutt, which is what I kinda wanted. But as she's gotten older, I'm pretty sure she's a pure bred American Staffordshire Terrier (similar to a American Pitbull Terrier, but smaller).

Mutts have usually been the best dogs I've had growing up. But people's obsession with pure breds and looks has led to having so many pits and bulldog mutts in shelters.

But too people want a tough guard dog. But they're too dumb to realize that pits aren't natural guard dogs against humans. They were bred to protect the farm from other animals. Turning a pit into an aggressive guard dog (usually by keeping them chained outside and poor socialization), really just turns them into a loose cannon, and randomly attack.

So to answer the OP's question. There are basically two types of Pitbull owners. Trashy dumbasses concerned with image and experienced dog owners that hate breeders.

Lol. I can proudly say I've never owned white sunglasses. I also don't have any tattoos, especially neck tats. I've never called anyone cuz without joking. I have a full beard, not a line beard/chinstrap. And I'd rather have a hit of LSD than a line of Coke or a painkiller.

But I also didn't seek out a pitbull. That's just what was at the shelter. The only problem I've ever had is it's a bitch to find places to live. Other then that, easily the best dog I've ever owned.

It pains me to like your posts so much considering your handle and Alabama affiliation.
