I remember when people would do this in Middleton. Well, they had headphones on, but it was before Beats or headphones that cancels out exterior noise.
Mother frickers would sit at a table, turn up their headphones as loud as possible. It would be blaring as if they had a shitting speaker at their table....
But people, in general, are idiots. So who knows.

Sometimes I think clucha will self-combust if they don't hear obnoxious rap on a regular basis. I was eating at BWW ( bleh) a couple of weeks ago and there was a table of 6 and they all had earbuds in and mouthing what I'm assuming were god awful lyrics.

I’ll see this on occasion when I go hiking. Mexicans blaring their Mexican circus music on the portable radios they will carry while hiking. Don’t get it at all and totally ruins the whole “being in nature”. Maybe the music scares the rattlesnakes?
Also....it can be 100 degrees....they will still hike in long jogging pants and a hoodie.

Oh yea, I always have to laugh when I see them driving a round with their little Mexican flags hanging from the rear-view mirror and blasting that circus music because.... national pride of the country they illegally GTFO of becuase of how terrible it is.
Yet when we have the nerve to fly the flag or have any kind of pride were of accuse of being "nationalists".

From a pyschological perspective, it comes down to the desire for attention. Believe it or not, most people who do this don't do it to annoy others. They do it because they think it makes them look cool to strangers. There is a barrier between fantasy and reality. They can't fathom that 9 out of 10 people find it aggravating. Instead, they think the opposite. They think that most people are thinking they are cool and edgy.
