That isn't as bad as the ppl who jet out to the turn lane , nearly causing a wreck , to sit there and wait to go instead of being patient and waiting to turn onto the road.

Those people are dumb. If you are blocking traffic just go ahead once the light turns red. A cop is not going to write a ticket for doing that.

Same reason they'll stop in the highway to turn right instead of using the shoulder, only to pull into Dollar Tree and park in the fire lane.
