No because I personally don’t believe that they’re close to emotionally ready for any kind of heavy relationship.
And if I ever have a daughter I’ll be right there with the other dads trying to make sure they stay virgins till they’re 40.

This thread got really strange. I don’t pay attention to musicians’ sex lives other than seeing the MJ stuff. I wouldn’t be surprised if Elvis was pulling some young tail when he was in his younger years.
I’d just like more evidence because that’s a lot of popular people.

Bowie, Page, ans Jagger have been mentioned by Lori Maddox, who for sure was involved w Page at age 13.
The underage groupies in Almost Famous are based on real life.
What’s kinda funny is that all this handwringing is on a site that the majority of posters live in states that until recently were ok with child marriages.
Bama had a 74 year old man marry a 14 year old. Bama now requires you to be at least 16 to marry.
As of 17 LA, Miss, Tenn, Ark ans Florida has no age floor on marriage.
And to head off the hurt feelings, neither did Cali.

I’m going to be honest with you. I’m oblivious to Child marriage laws. I’d like to think that people in these states prevent people under the age tk consent to sex as being prohibited from entering into the contract of marriage unless they are emancipated. I believe the age would then be 18. I could be wrong.
I know you’re trying to expound some knowledge on to people but please don’t act like you know everything. Just because we don’t have a statute that says no one under a certain age can’t marry doesn’t mean that it’s allowed and not prohibited. I can go on further but I’ll have to charge you $300.
