Why Do Dog Owners Who Put "Doo Doo Covers" On Couches To Keep Them Nice

My dog does not go on the couch. Got to train them when they are a pup. Never ever hold them in your arms as a young pup and sit on the couch to start with.

We just don't allow our dog on the couch. He has a bed in the living room and he's perfectly happy there. Never even attempts the couch.

Why bother? I don't sit on a couch to "enjoy" the plush feel of the smooth silky clean fabric on a ride to orgasm. I just wanna place to sit and put my food in my lap while I websurf, play a game, or whatever.

I put sheets over our couches that I wash once a week. My dogs don't go to the bathroom on the couches but it helps eliminate dog hair and general dog stench on the couches. Always take the sheets off when company is over so I don't seem super trashy.

My rat terrier lives in his kennel while in the house. If he so much as brushes up against cloth he sheds a billion hairs. Can’t imagine if I let him lounge on the couch.
