As others have stated - he tried and they were too small.
Medically speaking, your shoe size is a positive linear correlation to your penis length and testosterone levels.
John is obviously a “real man” with high testosterone and probably a big johnson. His feet would then be at least a size 13.
Those terrorists were fancy Europeans with guns and probably had low T and small feet.
Not that it matters for this discussion, but I wear a shoe size of 15.
