Some won't ever leave, but I'd have to bet a lot of good contributing Americans have and will continue to leave because of all the bs and the fact that a lot of citizens are leeches and damn near unemployable.

I lived in DC. The cost of living is twice as high as BR. Rental market is bad here but you can buy a home for that payment.

It's true Texas takes all of our potential jobs, luckily I found a job I can do from anywhere. It's awesome being back in BR.

Search East Texas and try to comute for a few days at a time.

All those who are wanting MORE tort reform can go frick themselves. Mike Foster already did it. Insurance rates would not drop one bit if more tort reform was passed. The main problem with insurance rates is the huge number of uninsured drivers on the road in this state.
