Cliffs:
2 (maybe 3) incidents of black people claiming white people called them the n-word. Groups wanted response from school and it didn't come fast enough. 5 days I think on the first incident. The next day on the second. Yep... definitely worth two the two leaders' jobs.

A few instances of black students being called the n word. I believe one of them was identified and removed from campus, but not too sure. No one knows who the other ones were, but they don't even know if they were students. Then some psycho drew a swastika out of poop in a dorm bathroom.
Protesters starting crying about institutional racism and demanded answers from the President, but his answers weren't good enough. They called for him to resign. Once the football team joined the movement and put millions of dollars at stake the president was forced to resign.
They had a bunch of other demands too about diversity training and want the university to hire more minorities.
So basically there were a few isolated incidents of racism and the president became the scapegoat.
Protesters starting crying about institutional racism and demanded answers from the President, but his answers weren't good enough. They called for him to resign. Once the football team joined the movement and put millions of dollars at stake the president was forced to resign.
