I see a lot of that on social media, but the women that I know would prefer swift justice be executed on this murderess.

Have you never been in jail or known anyone in jail? Especially someone with known psychiatric problems? They will give her meds no matter where she is.

Of the women who have at least somewhat followed the trial, I’d say about 1/4 to 1/3 think she’s not fully to blame. Then there are subsets going so far as thinking the husband did it.
ETA: that’s being very conservative. It’s probably over 50% who wouldn’t give her life in prison.

There is a Grand Canyon sized gap in “supporting her” and arguing over what sentence you beleive she should get compared to life
