You want to fix all of America's problems? Institute a 2 child maximum rule and every able bodied person who receives welfare as a way of life instead of joining the workforce is either sterilized or taken off of welfare. Their choice.
Then move social security and retirement benefits up to 80 instead of 65.

Yeah, and I took my own leave to be with my wife and son when he was born.
