It's probably because they don't have Affirmative Action and leaders like Al Sharpton in South Africa. We have that in the United States and it works like a charm.

Did you know that Ghana is about 100 mi short of being as far from South Africa as Anchorage, AK is from Miami, FL?
There might be a wee bit of a difference between those regions.

I played soccer with a black south african in college, he had 56 pairs of shoes in his dorm.
