I just realized it's been raining all week and my wood has not been covered. Think I'll just stop by the local lowes and pick up one of these bad boys. Don't think I'll have any issues with the wet wood! propane torch

Hung a new TV above the mantle. Never done that before. All the nerd “experts” say not to do that. About to make a real fire with real wood innit for the first time. Pray the TV don’t melt.

I have three fireplaces in my house but none of then are functinal. The fire pit will be rocking though, I hope it’s not frown upon taking limbs off the tree of life in Audubon Park.

It's not going to be cold enough to me to have an inside fire. We have some 30s on the forecast for early next week though.
