Who's in charge of Covington red lights?

First world problem of the day!
The timing of red lights all over town in Covington and madisonville are terrible. Not synchronized and not timed appropriately for the amount of traffic. I gotta wait an extra 75 seconds when no one is coming through the opposite green light... sheesh. What is this world coming to?!

Most of the time, they are set to the peak traffic hours, so you may experience slight inconvenience during off peak hours. I apologize for the inconvenience. In the future we will be working towards signals that will change their timing throughout the day based on data, but this is not something that is commonplace everywhere. So, until it is, please frick off.
Thanks
Thanks

Agree with OP. The red light traffic in Covington is garbage.

The two to get out of target to hwy21 suck dick! As do the ones around Northpark on 190.

Should be the same person in charge of green and yellow lights; call them.

Well madisonville only has one light so I'm not sure how it could be timed badly.

They need to get BR's traffic engineers over there to help. Those guys can synchronize like magic. Every car hits every red light on every street in the city.

On 190 I would imagine the state even though it's a US highway. Downtown is obviously the city. I assume you mean 190. Those are totally fricked.

The worst lights I have ever seen are at Range and I-12 in Denham Springs. The traffic was 15-20 deep at 7am on a Saturday morning. Whomever the traffic engineer is that set up that light patten needs to be nut checked.
