Dublins was once Senior Froggs and it was Snorkles before that. Nickel draft on Tuesdays. Once had a huge racial fight. Bouncers had all the white boys inside the bar. Only time I ever had a gun pulled on me.

If it's the place I'm thinking of, I drank free there.

It was the bar next to the car wash, between the car wash and railroad tracks. Coming from Nicholson, cross the tracks, first bar on the left.

Yeah, that's it. God, what a shithole. Still, me and a buddy always hung out there. Knew all the bartenders, drank free.

I don't have any good stories, but I got sharked out of $100 on the pool table when I was shithoused one night. Worst part is, I swear to god, the guy that merced me - his eyes were pointing in opposite directions.

The Bengal was fun too. Drinkin with Lincoln on Thursdays. $5 all you can drink. They did have an S&M video bar thing that was nasty. Dudes on the patio banging on metal bathtubs slinging their pierced dicks everywhere. One guy even got up on the wall doing it at the passing cars. Only problem with that us the police station across the street. Cops came and arrested their asses.

Remember it? Hell I lived behind it in tiger plaza. my roommate was a bouncer there and I helped build the stage in that bitch. Had a playmate sign my magazine there in 2000 or 01. She was from Baton Rouge and was the centerfold for the playmate of the year edition that year. Although she was not the actual playmate of the year. and got to meet Shaq there after hours once. It was called the stadium club back then

no but I used to hang out there with Steve and the gang...the Tiger was across the street and down a little way...further up the street was the Keg and across was Common Ground...then there was the Speakeasy across from where Baton Rouge beach is now...And of course Southdowns...Country Place down Nicholson once EBR shut down...and across the river...Colonels Club had some great bands...Cahoots...saw the Sex Pistols...The Police...at the Kingfish...saw more bands than I can remember at Independence Hall but Jimi Hendrix was awesome...

Tiger Todd once broke my passenger side window of my car while weedeating that little strip of grass at dusk. He owned up to it and paid for it.

frick, I was at the Tiger Bar at dusk. I think it was a weekday, too.
